The Prineville Volunteer Fire Company (PVFC) is a 501c(3) non-emergency response volunteer group whose mission is “to render support services to Crook County Fire and Rescue, other emergency organizations in Crook County and to assist our community in the capacity for which we are trained.”
The PVFC is an opportunity for community members to volunteer and support the community without the requirements of being a firefighter. The PVFC helps organize department events, participates in community activities, administers CCFR’s After the Fire program, and helps maintain the fleet of department antiques.
